I HAVE HAD A FEW HONEST SOULS TELL ME THAT THEY ARE RECEIVING SERVICE YET THEY WERE NOT CHARGED FOR JULY WHEN THEIR MONTH WAS UP. PLEASE EMAIL ME ASAP. I HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS GIGANTIC ISSUE TODAY UNFORTUNATELY, THANK YOU:)
** UPDATE 1: There have been dozens and dozens and dozens of people thus far who have been receiving free service for many weeks now without alerting me I am highly dissapointed
** UPDATE 2: THUS FAR NOON EASTERN) IN MY INVESTIGATION AT LEAST 10-15 PERCENT OF THE OVERALL MEMBERS HAVE BEEN GETTING FREE SERVICE FOR QUITE SOME TIME NOW
**UPDATE 3: THE CARDS WHICH I WAS NOT ABLE TO CHARGE DUE TO INSUFFICIENT FUNDS OR EXPIRED CARDS HAVE BEEN DELETED AND YOU MUST RE-ORDER
Eric, I am horrified to discover I was one of the ones not billed for July. I just reviewed my bill, my other monthly contribution was charged to my credit card but not for the website. Thank you for letting us know and make sure to bill me for July.

Eric, I’m one of those guys who doesn’t open every email, but I’m pretty sure I remember getting billed by Memberful for every month. Because it’s a recurring payment, you just sort of set it up and then forget about it. I can imagine a situation where people would login and not realize that they haven’t seen the invoice from Order of the Eagle for a bit. I’m just saying that it might not be so much dishonesty but rather forgetfulness to be blamed for the folks accessing their accounts for free. God Bless!
