1. This Daniel 21 fast sounds incredible! Meisha has really got a great grasp on what fasting is and why we should all be looking for opportunities to mortify the senses. I, for one, am going to go for it hardcore and I hope a good number of my fellow eagles will join me (looking at you, Eric! 😉 Think of it as a challenge, not a chore, and look forward to the victory waiting at the end. If you can’t think of a worthy intention for the fast, the Consecration of Russia is always a good one. And remember Matt 6,16: ”…when you fast, be not as the hypocrites, sad. For they disfigure their faces, that they may appear unto men to fast. Amen I say to you, they have received their reward. [17] But thou, when thou fastest anoint thy head, and wash thy face; [18] That thou appear not to men to fast, but to thy Father who is in secret: and thy Father who seeth in secret, will repay thee.” Let’s do this!
