  1. Certainly the Oct 4 and/or 11 national emergency broadcast event is Deep State testing for the coming major events; namely, economic collapse, WW3, and fake alien invasion. As Celeste Solum discussed with Mike Adams this week [https://www.brighteon.com/6e7800de-4612-43f2-a677-ca5099aef983], regarding Oct 4, she was adamant that Deep State act with plausible deniability such as DEWs being used with Maui, North California, Canadian fires, Ohio chemical train fire, etc.. No different here with Oct 4th test, if they truly were to broadcast the frequencies to deploy graphene hosted bioweapons then they would lose plausible deniability. Instead, she believes they will use the national emergency broadcast system, with killer frequencies, during nationwide false flags that become the cause of the deaths and not the broadcasted killer frequencies; namely, plausible deniability. I believe she may be right. However, I would not put it past these diabolical luciferins to actually test some of these killer frequencies in targeted areas on the 4th or 11th, SUCH AS CINCINNATI-DAYTON area. If they do then there will be an associated false flag to blame deaths on instead of the killer frequencies.
